SHIPPING

We currently offer contactless collection of your order from either Clayfield or Paddington, Queensland. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like this convenience.

We currently only ship to both Australian and New Zealand addresses. Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post. International orders are via Australia Post International Air Mail. Delivery rates are a $15 flat rate within Australia; $25 flat rate to NZ. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is sent.

Once your order has been sent, all liability for safe delivery is with Australia Post. ‘Idlewilde’ is not liable for loss or damaged goods during the shipping process.

RETURNS

As most products are made to order, please make your selection carefully as we do not accept refunds due to change of mind or incorrect choice.

Every effort is made to accurately describe the products and capture the colours. Please be aware that some colours may vary slightly from how they appear on the computer monitor. Refunds will not be given based upon colour, size or variation in pattern placement.

Before shipping, your items are carefully inspected and are adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact info@idlewilde.com.au within 14 days of shipping confirmation date. It will be at our discretion as to whether the item will be repaired, replaced, refunded or otherwise. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
